teka FAQ — From Deposits to Gaming

First log in to your teka account, then go to the deposit option and select bKash. Enter the amount and send money to the provided number via bKash. Once you confirm with the transaction ID, your balance is usually updated within a few minutes.

teka currently supports deposits and withdrawals through four mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳100 for each method.

At teka, withdrawals via Nagad and all other methods generally take between 5 and 30 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After you submit a request the support team processes it quickly, though in some cases verification may take a little longer.

Yes. teka offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and ৳1,000 bonus is added, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — meaning you need to place ৳10,000 in bets on a ৳1,000 bonus before you can withdraw.

Volatility indicates the risk level of a slot. High-volatility slots pay out less often but the amounts can be larger; low-volatility slots pay out smaller wins more frequently. Mid-volatility slots sit in between. teka offers all three types, so you can choose based on your preference and budget.

RTP (Return to Player) is a game's theoretical return rate, calculated over billions of spins. For example, Gates of Olympus has a maximum RTP of 96.50%, meaning that over the long run there is an average chance of ৳96.50 being returned for every ৳100 wagered. Each spin is independent, however — RTP does not guarantee the result of any specific session.

Free spin features are typically triggered by scatter symbols. Popular titles such as PG Soft's Mahjong Ways and Fortune Tiger, and Pragmatic Play's Sweet Bonanza and Big Bass Bonanza, are known for their free spin rounds. These games are easily available at teka and run well on mobile.

Among the games available at teka, White Rabbit Megaways (Big Time Gaming) has a maximum RTP of 97.72%, Mahjong Ways 2 (PG Soft) has a maximum RTP of 96.95%, and Fortune Mouse (PG Soft) has a maximum RTP of 96.96%. A higher RTP means a theoretically better return, though short-term results can vary.

No, never. An OTP (One-Time Password) and your bKash or Nagad PIN are entirely personal. No teka staff member, support agent or any third party will ever ask for this information. If someone does ask, it is a fraud attempt — stop the conversation immediately.

Always verify the real domain tekabet.cam in your browser's address bar. Fake sites typically have spelling errors (such as "tekabet.cm" or "tekabet.bet") and lack an SSL certificate. Access the site by typing the address directly or using a bookmark rather than clicking links from a search engine.

teka uses SSL encryption to secure all data transmission. Every piece of information from registration through to payment flows through encrypted channels. You can read our privacy policy for full details on how personal data is stored and processed.

If you think there has been unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact teka via 24/7 live chat or email. Match winner (which team will win), innings total (runs over or under), top batsman, top bowler and first wicket markets are the most popular among Bangladeshi players. You can also bet on in-play markets during live matches in the teka cricket betting section.

Yes. teka offers betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — all formats of cricket are covered. The range of markets may differ slightly between domestic leagues and international tournaments, but the basic process is the same.

Yes, teka allows you to combine multiple selections into a multi bet (accumulator). This gives you the chance of a much higher return. For example: if 3 selections have odds of 1.40, 1.60 and 1.70 respectively, the combined odds are approximately 3.81 — a ৳100 bet returns ৳381, but all three selections must be correct to win.

All three formats express the same value. Example: placing a ৳1,000 bet on team A to win — decimal 2.25 = fractional 5/4 = American +125. If you win, total return is ৳2,250 (৳1,250 profit + ৳1,000 original stake). If you lose, you lose ৳1,000. Decimal format is more widely used in Bangladesh because it is straightforward.

Teen Patti is a popular card game from the Indian subcontinent — each player receives three cards and the player with the best hand wins. Andar Bahar is simpler: one card is turned face up, and you bet on whether a matching card will appear first on the Andar (inside) or Bahar (outside) pile. Both games are available at teka Casino.

In Baccarat you bet on which hand — the Player's or the Banker's — will have a total closest to 9. You can also bet on a Tie. Card values: A = 1, 2–9 = face value, 10/J/Q/K = 0. If a two-digit total is reached, only the right-hand digit counts (e.g. 15 = 5). teka offers Baccarat tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live.

In roulette you bet on where the ball will land on a spinning wheel — you can bet on a specific number, a colour (red/black), odd/even or high/low groups. Betting on a single number gives higher odds (up to 36:1), while betting on a colour gives lower odds but a higher chance of winning. European roulette (one zero) is more favourable for players than American roulette (two zeros).

Yes. In live dealer games a real dealer deals cards or spins the roulette wheel via live video streaming from a professional studio. teka offers live casino games from multiple studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. They run smoothly on mobile as well.
