1 Introduction and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the teka platform and all services operated under it. Accessing teka's website, creating an account, or using any service means you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the service.

2 Eligibility Requirements

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Verification

Before your first withdrawal, teka may verify your identity. If the required documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal process may be delayed. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.4 Erroneous Transactions

If any funds are credited to an account in error due to a technical fault, you are obliged to return those funds. Attempting to use or withdraw such funds may result in your account being suspended.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is offered on your first deposit on teka, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Using the example above: for a ৳1,000 bonus the total wagering required is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse is found — such as the same person attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts — teka reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

4.4 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is available under the teka VIP programme. Across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond, up to 1.0% weekly cashback is offered based on that week's net losses. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback bonuses.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the teka platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or any other benefit.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.
• Operating an account with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Threatening, harassing or deceiving other players.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be permanently closed and the balance will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

The outcome of all games on the teka platform is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is predetermined, and the platform does not guarantee any particular result.

6.2 Bet Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Additional restrictions may apply when betting with a bonus balance.

6.3 Disconnections

teka is not responsible for any game or bet being interrupted due to an internet disconnection. In such situations, the game outcome will be determined based on the last data recorded on the server.

7 Sports Betting

7.1 Odds and Results

Odds displayed in sports betting are variable and may change at any time before an event starts. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.

7.2 Event Cancellation

If a cricket match, football match or any other sports event is cancelled, the bet amount placed on that event will be returned to the original account.

7.3 Live Betting

In live betting, some bets may be rejected due to data feed delays. teka may decline to accept bets on an event beyond a specified maximum amount.

8 Personal Information and Privacy

teka collects, processes and stores users' personal information. Details of how this information is used are provided in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you also agree to that policy. teka never sells your information to third parties, but may provide information to relevant authorities when required by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 At the User's Request

10.2 At teka's Discretion

If evidence of a breach of these Terms is found, teka may suspend or close an account without prior notice. If fraudulent activity is proven, the balance will be forfeited.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. teka will notify the account holder by email regarding inactive accounts.

11 Intellectual Property

The design, logo, graphics, software and all content on the teka platform are owned by or licensed to teka. Copying, reproducing or distributing this content is prohibited except for personal and non-commercial use.

Content from third-party game studios — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and others — remains under the ownership of their respective rights holders.

12 Limitation of Liability

teka is not liable for losses arising from the following:

• Games or betting being disrupted due to an internet disconnection.
• Temporary service unavailability due to technical faults.
• Login details being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays in the operations of third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
